It is an understatement when I say I am a 30 something newbie that could not fly. However I purchased the CX2 to learn, and learn I have. It may be a little more expensive than the Lama, however go to your local hobby shop and try to find parts and trust me you will need parts and more parts. Now with a little experience I can fly this baby any where and land on a dime. If you are concerned with not having enough room to fly indoors, dont, you only need a little room to learn, after that crowed rooms are challenges that you will enjoy. Dont be fooled by other reviews or sales pitches about outside flight. She is real sensitive to the slightest amount of wind. Master indoor flight before you even think about outdoor flight or have a lot of parts on hand. I bought the CX2 to advance to a Blade 400, however I have a feeling I will have her long after the Blade 400 is gone.

This is a great heli to begin with and it also comes with a 2.4Ghz radio which is great for indoor flying because of the short antenna and also gives you a locked-in feeling while flying.
