Yes its expensive, No I could not tell a difference in flight. However it LOOKS great. A lot better looking than the factory or blue one, the silver looks sweet. The last time I took my CX2 to the local hobby shop everybody raved at its appearance.
It was a little harder to trim due to the raised servo ball joints. I cant foresee ever having to replace it, it is strong and only weighs 0.4 grams more than the factory swashplate.
