Everybody has the ugly blue lower head so I had to be different. I admit that I ordered the intershaft with the silver hub because of its appearance and it was worth every penny and it only weighs .05 grams more that the factory plastic lower head.
I strongly suggest buying some lock tight to secure the screws. The instructions call for red, however I used blue and it works fine. Red is way to strong for this application if you ever plan on removing the head, which is required to replace the lower shaft.
I upgraded the intershaft and hub, lower head, inner shaft bearing, and swashplate with Microheli silver parts. The total weight difference for everything was 2.7 grams heavier. I know this sounds expensive however since the upgrades I have not had to replace the inner or lower shaft. I contribute this to the upgrades, however I may be learning to fly better.
