The new King V2 now incorporates belt drive technology, which drives the tail rotor via belt - replacing the V1 shaft driven tail that was much more fragile & prone to vibration. This new system is much more durable, allowing it to withstand more abuse when it comes to overall flight. The King V2 incorporates other upgrades, such as a wider, stronger skid set, and a larger frame for batteries & electronics – perfect for the stock configuration & later upgrades for those looking for even more. As for a gyro, no more 4 in 1 units, as with other Micro heli’s; the King V2 is setup with a stand alone Esky gyro, which is far better suited for the performance this helicopter has to offer.
The King V2 is an excellent helicopter for new fliers & seasoned pro’s due to its excellent value, amazing performance and overall build. In stock trim, the King is great for all aspects of flight, and with a simple brushless motor upgrade, the King V2 can be transformed into a highly capable helicopter to suit the needs of a demanding pilot who is looking for that ragged 3D edge.
